SEPTEMBER - SHELTERBOX
September is Stock the Box month for ShelterBox (SB), a global organization who believes in shelter as a human right – that shelter from the chaos of disaster and conflict is vital.
OCTOBER - SANDWICH SALE
There is a crispness in the air and that means it’s time for the Annual State College Rotary Take-Out Meal Sale (aka Sandwich Sale) on October 5, 2021.
For $10, you have a choice of either Turkey or Roast Beef on a fresh baked roll (prepared by DelGrosso Foods), pickle slices, bag of chips and chocolate chip cookie (fresh from Penn State Bakery).

Partnering with local law enforcement, Rotary provides (free) Child ID USB keys to Centre Country parents.

TUESDAY MEETINGS
At every Rotary meeting, we usually have a guest speaker discussing an interesting topic. Topics cover a wide variety of subjects. Guests are always welcome.
We meet most Tuesdays at 545pm at the Country Inn & Suites by Radisson. 1357 E College Avenue, State College, PA.

Sometimes we have off-site socials fun stuff, you know. We are an extra special fun club.

Good Shepherd Catholic Church, 867 Grays Woods Blvd, Port Matilda, PA.
Come help raise money in support of two local organizations who support our community! Community Cafe at St Andrews Episcopal Church, which holds a homemade, hearty dinner every Thursday night for those in need even throughout the pandemic! Taproot Kitchen, which provides adults with autism and intellectual disabilities with culinary training and meaningful employment.
Tickets are $25 for ONE homemade soup FLIGHT of (4)-16oz containers.
Curbside pickup from 1-4 pm at Good Shepherd Catholic Church 867 Grays Woods Blvd Port Matilda. Show your ticket and your soup will be delivered to your car!
Tickets are available through St Andrews Cafe, a Community Cafe member, or from a State College Rotarian. Please message us if you have questions about the event, or if you want to purchase a ticket!
